Receiving and spending keys are processed locally. Verification shows control of a position at a point in time, not total reserves or solvency. USDC issuer restrictions can prevent deposits or withdrawals even while a position remains recorded in the contract. A settlement sent from your connected business wallet publicly links that wallet to the position it settles on-chain.
